I tried to upload a new CSV file and got an error message saying that I needed to buy more credits. I spent $99 to get more credits and I now have 18k credits (which means that I probably had a bunch before I spent another $99. Still my account is locked and I can't do anything. I keep getting error messages saying that I need to buy more credits.
