Cant create projects

There is error message " Failed to create a project" when I hit create projects. Not much information to trouble shoot so trying here..

The datasets used to work also have this error message.

Hi @emarald - first question(s):

are you creating a project from one of the DataRobot-provided use cases?
Or are you using your own data? And, if the latter, how is the trial accessing your dataset? URL, connector, local file, AI Catalog?

Hi lhaviland,

They are all from local files. At first I was trying with my own data then later I tried some of the downloaded file for the courses, They worked before when I was taking the course.

And, @emarald  I'm sorry you're having an issue creating projects!

Also, How did you create those successful projects: were they from use cases or from your own data?

 Make sure you have a look at the table here that explains Trial support (if you haven't seen this yet).

okay I see, you're not able to create projects with your own, local datasets.

Can you try with one of the use cases? To see if that works for you?

Problem solved today:) I can switch between projects.

Do you know what the issue was? I'm wondering if there's something in your experience that other trial users in our community could benefit from?
