This week we made several announcements that exciting changes will be coming to the community soon, and now we’re excited to share more details with you on the plans for DataRobot Community 2.0!
Let’s start here: why community 2.0?
The community is 1 year old! Thank you for following along on its journey. In the time since we’ve launched the community, we have made a lot of observations on how we can help you accelerate your journey with DataRobot. We’re now ready to do just that.
Okay, so what’s in community 2.0 for you?
We are determined to make the community your go-to destination for fast & easy help for all of your DataRobot questions. Here are some of the enhanced 2.0 features:
better organized content
intuitive Q&A feed
Great! So, when is community 2.0 coming?
Over the last few weeks you may have noticed that we’ve already made changes to the community, particularly to the Learning Center & Guided AI Learning. Those changes were the first steps toward reorganizing content.
What can you look for next?
We’ll be merging more boards and categories.
Then we’ll start updating the layout of content and pages.
And, we’ll even be adding some exciting, never-before-seen features!
How can you share feedback on community 2.0?
We’re glad you asked! The community team’s mission is to provide you with an excellent experience, so that you get fast, easy help when you need it. If you need help finding content and answers quickly while our 2.0 plans are in progress, please let us know! You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or send a private message to one of your community moderators, @datarobotmeg or @lhaviland.

As always, please let us know how we’re doing and if you have any questions or concerns.
