Error Message - System Restarted

We saw an error that read "Failed to parse file: IP Address failed to respond".  "System Restarted".   When it says "System Restarted", what system is that referring to? The data source (SQL Server in this case) or the Paxata environment?

Hi Aaron,

Did you get this error in the import screen when you tried to import a file? I think it is referring Paxata connector process which runs independently of Paxata core server( @apatil - please let me know your thoughts).

If possible, please email the frontend.log and sysout.log files from Paxata core server to servicedesk@paxata.com
