Format Dataset to %

I've imported an excel spreadsheet where the cell value is 100%.

However DataRobot interpreted as 1. Same thing for 0% where it's showing as 0.  Refer to below screenshot. How do I amend this?

After reading through other posts I believe this is a data formatting issue which can be solved via Paxata. However I cannot find Paxata within DR portal. Refer to below screenshot. Can you please advice where do I go to access this function?
