How to reset Password for flash.paxata.com


In this article, you will learn how to reset password to access flash.paxata.com for Paxata Software Download.

Our user credential management on flash.paxata.com (Software Download) to JumpCloud, which allows user to manage password, instead the of the initial password that Paxata provided. Every on-premise customer will have one assigned user (one email address) for login to flash.paxata.com.

Here are the step-by-step guide on how to reset password. If you are not able to proceed in any of these steps, please let us know at servicedesk@paxata.com.

Step1: In your web browser, go to https://console.jumpcloud.com/changepassword



Step 2: Enter your assigned user's email address (if you don't know your assigned user's email address, please contact your On-Premise Paxata Administrator, or reach out to servicedesk@paxata.com ). Click "Reset password button". Then you should see Thank you message like the following.



Step 3: Please wait a few minutes and check new email sent from notifications@jumpcloud.com. From the email click the "Update Password" button.



Note: Check the spam folder also if you don't see the email. If you don't receive the email from JumpCloud, the email may be blocked by your corporate email provider. If this is the case, is it possible to request your email administrator to whitelist the "notifications@jumpcloud.com" sender?

Step 4: now in the browser you can set a new password for your user's login, which is provided by Paxata. If you don't know your assigned user's login (which is different than assigned user's email address), please contact your On-Premise Paxata Administrator, or reach out to servicedesk@paxata.com

Step 5: Wait for 15 minutes. And then login to 

https://flash.paxata.com/GA/ ;

with the new password you set:

Username: <your_assigned_users_login>
Password: <your new password>

Please let me know if you are able to access the flash.paxata.com with your new password. This login and the new password will be credentials for your team to access Paxata Software.
