After predictions, when will Service Health show again?

Hi all we just ran predictions on a new deployment and are interested in seeing service health info. How long should we expect it to take before service health gets populated for a new deployment that just made a set of predictions? TIA! emily

Hello Emily, thanks for your question - when you make your predictions on the predictions dataset, the service health should show up instantaneously. If Datarobot is installed on prem, you might see a little bit of a delay. If you do not see it after 30-45 minutes, please do file a support ticket at support@datarobot.com. I hope this helps!
