Data connections list is empty is this a bug?

Today, apparently after a DR update, the Web GUI data connections list on all projects is empty when trying to do a new prediction. Correspondingly, in the API, the dataStoreList is empty. But, trying to recreate the dataStore by name gets a comment that it already exists. Alternatively: if a new name is used, the creation appears to work. But, the new dataStore is not visible.
