Dataset import: Limit of rows

Hi, I am having a problem when trying to import a new dataset, getting this warning message:

'Maximum row limit reached. Truncating remaining rows.'

My dataset has about 35M rows (and increasing), and the limit is in 12M. Do you know if there is a way to change that limit so I can use all my data?
