EDA1 inactive problem

Hello,

I created new project using AI catalog dataset, but "Data Quality Assessment" is inactive like below.

I cannot use toggle button and check box.

My collegue created a project with exactly same process.

His "Data Quality Assessment" menus are all active including toggle and checkbox.

We have same authority.

What is problem with my project?
