Exculde rows in Dataset

Input : In below dataset we want to exclude HBT and SPS records for the year 2018 and 2019.

AERO	2017	1000
HBT	2017	500
SPS	2017	100

HBT	2019	500
SPS	2019	100

Output :

I'm with @Melanie. I created a dataset using your data and used the Remove Rows tool as follows to get the desired change:

hi there, have you used the remove rows tool before? First you'll use a filtergram to filter on just those values in the column, then the remove rows tool will remove them. if this is not what you're after, please provide a little more context to your problem and we'll get you sorted.
