Job Schedule Screen seems to be frozen

Hello colleagues,

I did schedule a job on an hourly basis in the data robot platform. Plz see screenshot attached.

The source data is a dynamic table in the AI catalog. But this job is showing up as 'Preparing job' for the last one hour and the Running option is grayed out. Can I kindly get some help here, because there is no way to see that sth is happening in the backend or not.Screen Shot 2021-07-22 at 1.42.29 PM.png

Sure  I can do that. Is it required to share the project with them, or just an explanation of the problem will be sufficient?

I'd say start at an explanation and if they need more to get it resolved, they'll ask. They should respond to you fairly quickly. Okay?
