Is there a link for the release notes of the current version?

Also, is there any updated API documentation? Our application is getting API errors so if there's any type of change log for API changes, that would be great too.

The REST documentation for automated projects flows will be available in the coming 2019.1 SP1 release.

Can you post up the latest REST API documentation? I know there are a lot of enhancements to support the automation and project flows.
