Starting a Trial issue

Starting a Trial issue

I received the Start the 14 day trial email yesterday. However, I initially got an error after sign in. I had updated my password successfully (I think).

After resetting the password, I was able to change it but now I am getting this error:

 

Signed in to identity provider successfully, but Portal account missing or invalid.

 

Any thoughts on how to get this resolved?
