Currently there is no way to directly customize the feature generation process. You can helpfully steer the process toward the features you want by transforming the target feature and then letting the feature derivation process produce the appropriate stats and lags.
However, that approach probably wouldn't give you the feature you're looking for in your example given that DR detects periodicities to apply and you'd like to specify your own. The only way to engineer that kind of feature in DR would be to set that periodicity as your feature derivation window.
