Account access issue

Hi,

I can't access to my previous account registered with DatRobot, so registered a new account. The current account shows that one month trail expired and I can't use it any more. I sent emails to support@datarobot.com but have not got a response. 

Whom am I supposed to contact regarding to this account issue?
