Read an AI Catalog file from within an R Notebook

Hi everyone!

How can I read  files from AI Catalog within an R Workbench Notebook? 

The R script I created basically cleans, creates  and calculates new features.

Also It would be awesome to know how to get the result of this R script in to AI Catalog .
