Disabled account

Good morning,

I am am trying to login to my DR account that's setup under the ASP program.  I am getting an error message "This account is disabled. Please contact your administrator".

This is the same account I was using through December 31st 2023 and was notified on December 22nd that there should be no changes to current accounts, yet I can't login.  

My username is "alru2721@colorado.edu".

How do I get my account re-enabled?

My account is disabled. I was able to use it until some weeks ago. I am doing the IBM-coursera course on generative AI and need access to datarobot to continue. Could some one please give me a hand with this?

Out of curiosity, does the course require the use of DataRobot or did you just select it to do the required work?
