Service Health Unknown

Hi,

I have deployed an external model to DataRobot via MLOps agent. I could see the status indicator for DataDrift and Accuracy are working. However, the Service indicator is shown as "unknown" in my deployment. I do have various prediction stats shown in the "Service Health"  tab.

May I know why is the Service status "unknown"?
