Over the last decade, we have been at the forefront of ground breaking innovations with the DataRobot platform. Our relentless pursuit of excellence has allowed us to revolutionize the AI landscape and empower our customers' organizations to stay ahead of the competition.

In light of all of the recent remarkable advancements in AI and our dedication to providing you with market-leading solutions, we have made the decision to initiate the End-of-Support (EOS) process for 7.x and all previous versions of the DataRobot platform. By bidding farewell to older versions, we are paving the way for a future filled with even more exciting possibilities.

There are endless opportunities for AI, and as always we will be there every step of the way as your trusted partner to navigate these changes.

What are we ending support for and when?

After February 1, 2024

  • We will no longer release updates, security patches, or enhancements for any self-managed DataRobot versions prior to 8.0.
  • We will no longer provide technical support for any self-managed DataRobot versions prior to 8.0. Resolution of support cases will,  in most cases, require you to upgrade to at least 8.0.

Why the End of Support for 7.x and prior versions?

As the landscape of AI evolves, we want to ensure we are keeping you at the forefront of this innovation. To do so, it requires we allocate resources and focus towards these newer technologies and innovations. While this decision was not taken lightly, it is a necessary step to ensure that we continue delivering market-leading solutions that best help you embrace the future of AI and all its possibilities.

What to Expect Moving Forward

For versions prior to 8.0:

End of Support: As of February 1, 2024, we will no longer provide technical support for any self-managed DataRobot versions prior to 8.0. Resolution of support cases will,  in most cases, require you to upgrade to at least 8.0. We understand that this might raise concerns, but please know that we are committed to supporting you through this transition.

No Further Updates: After February 1, 2024, we will no longer release updates, security patches, or enhancements for DataRobot versions prior to 8.0. Upgrading to a current supported version will be required. Continuing to run unsupported versions may result in compatibility issues and potential security vulnerabilities.
