I’m currently facing difficulties accessing the time series modeling feature that I need for predicting outcomes in baseball games, using historical data. Could you assist me in resolving this issue so I can proceed with my analysis?

Hi @Jayzee ... a few quick questions. 
1. Are you a new user, a trial user, or an existing customer? (So, was this something you could access before and can no longer?)

2. Are you trying to follow this AI Accelerator perhaps?

3. If you are using the data supplied in the accelerator and using the UI, are you using NextGen (our new interface) or DataRobot Classic?
